With a long experience, dating back more than 15 years ago, Amenduni Nicola S.p.A. is a leader in avocado oil extraction sector.

With Amenduni machines two types of avocado oil can be produced:
• Extra-virgin avocado oil;
• Raw avocado oil;

Extra-virgin avocado oil is extracted only from the pulp from green high quality avocado fruits
Raw avocado oil , is made from ripen fruit or from fruits not complying with quality standards. In the last case the raw avocado oil is extracted from the whole fruit.

Avocado oil is rich in nutrients, unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin A, D, E, omega-3, lecithin, antioxidants, potassium and proteins. It is used as an ingredient in the preparation of various dishes or to dress salad, it is comparable to olive oil for consistency, versatility and high smoke point. It is an oil that penetrates deep into the skin and absorb itself quickly, helping the absorption of nutrients necessary for the skin. It can therefore be used for both nutritional and pharmaceutical purposes.
